Cleaning underwater lights
A soft pass every 4–8 weeks keeps output at full strength.
The routine
Wipe the lens with a soft brush or non-abrasive pad from the dock — no need to pull the fixture. Growth on the lens is the single biggest cause of a light that looks dim.
What to avoid
Scouring pads, solvents and pressure washers. They haze the lens and shorten its life.
