Choosing fixture locations

Placement decides whether a dock looks designed or decorated.

Rules we design by

Even spacing along the outboard face, one fixture per lift cradle, a light at the dock's terminal end, and nothing aimed where it will glare into the living space.

On seawalls we space wider and let the halos overlap softly for a continuous ribbon of light.
